This unique variety in pickle which is perfect combination of green chilli and pieces of bitter guard. Initially the bitter taste of the bitter gourd is dominant in the pickle. But after keeping the pickle for some days, the bitter taste mellows and become a bit less with sour notes from the Lemon Juice taking over.
Indian pickles are hugely popular as condiments for spicing up many Indian meals, served up as a side dish and spooned over dishes.
