DEVANSH KOKUM AGAL

This syrup is not synthetic. It is a drink-most natural.It is pure and at the same time economical. The ‘Kokam Agal ’ especially used in malvani/konkani food prepartions. Malvani recipe of Fish fry is incomplete without Kokum Agal. It gives best taste to marinate Fish.

You can prepare kokum soda as welcome drink, it is very good appetiser.

This product is originally  from interiors of Konkan(Ratnagiri), It is authentic in taste which has a Natural Colour of kokum fruit.

How to use:

1. Take the liquid and water in the proportion of 1 tsp for a glass of water. Nothing needs to be added. Soda water or Butter milk are also good substitutes for water. Just add some Kardate Buttermilk Masala on top of kokum Soda, tastes awesome.
2. Make Solkadhi – Take 1-2 tsp of Agal , add chilli, garlic ad some corriander paste to it and add coconut milk.
